Nirman Tulsyan is an accomplished physician with a 10+ year career spanning recognition as “Patient’s Choice”, “Compassionate Doctor”, and “On-Time Doctor”. He has been a dedicated physician at Advanced Vascular Associates and Vascular Research Institute since 2007, and Attending Surgeon at Morristown Memorial Hospital, Saint Clare’s Hospital, Saint Barnabas Hospital, Newton Medical Center, Saint Joseph’s Healthcare System, and Chilton Medical Center.
Dr. Tulsyan is Board Certified in General Surgery and Vascular Surgery. He holds a Doctor of Medicine Degree from University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, and graduated Valedictorian with a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry-Biology from Stevens Institute of Technology. Additional credentials include certification in Advanced Trauma Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and Basic Life Support.
While completing a five-year residency at Morristown Memorial Hospital, Dr. Tulsyan was consistently honored for exemplary patient care and leadership on 1300 major cases. He also served as a Vascular Surgery Clinical Fellow at Cleveland Clinic Foundation for two years. He contributed to many publications, abstract and professional publications, and clinical research trials, and holds professional memberships in American Medical Association, American College of Surgeons, Morris County Medical Center, and Society for Vascular Surgery.
